HOTT CATERING was established in 2019 by the former owners Tho Ho and Toan Ho of Que Huong Seafood Restaurant located in San Diego (City Height area). During our operation from 2005 to 2019, we also established Que Huong Catering in 2008.
Que Huong Seafood Restaurant and Que Huong Catering have won countless awards from San Diego Magazine, Local Eats, and was voted one of the best restaurants for seven consecutive years beginning in 2011. We emphasize on our cooking prowess and our ability to create hand crafted foods and designs for all special events, private, and/or corporate. We bring our outstanding services, luscious foods with outstanding presentation to each event. With over 15 years of culinary experienced in authentic Vietnamese and fusion cooking, our chefs’ focus is to create a customized menu that will be memorable to our clients and their guests.
