HOTT CATERING was founded in 2019 by Tho Ho and Toan Ho. We are the former owners of Que Huong Seafood Restaurant located in San Diego (City Heights area) operating from 2005 to 2019. In addition, we also established Que Huong Catering Company in 2008 to serve events and weddings of the Vietnamese community in San Diego.

With more than 15 years of experience working in the restaurant and catering industry. During its operation, Que Huong Seafood Restaurant and Que Huong Catering Company have won numerous awards from San Diego Magazine, Local Eats and have been voted one of the best restaurants for seven consecutive years since 2011.

We have a passionate love for Vietnamese cuisine inherited through many generations from our family. Combining the elegant, sophisticated style of European cuisine. all blend together exciting balance of the soulful and intricate flavors of traditional Vietnamese dishes and ingredients.
